Dear Dr. Forslund,

Carlos, Kelsey, Jake and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so compassionate, caring, dignified and professional.

You approached the situation as a person who truly cares which in turn made it so bearable for us.  Although sad and still lots of tears, we are at peace knowing that Cassie was at piece, comfortable with your presence when she was passing on.

You are amazing.  Thank you!!!
