Dear Dr. Forslund,

You came the day I called to take care of what could only be done by someone who cares so much for people and their pets the way you do.  My little Nermal, companion for 18 years, was so ill.  I could not fathom putting him in my car and taking him anyplace.  You came to our home, and I'm absolutely sure he thinks he's still just taking a really great nap.
