Dear Dr. Forslund,

Thank you so much for your kindness to me, Zoe and Zachary.  I really did have a difficult time saying good-bye to Zoe, but you made it all so much easier.  Your ability to instantly connect with Zachary tells me that you are indeed a good and loving person. 

I rescued Zoe from a busy street in 1998, and she immediately became part of my family.  The picture of young Zoe at the dog park is how I best remember her.  Her good nature was evident to everyone who met her, and I am so happy she was in my life for so many years.  She deserved nothing short of the transition you were able to give her in the comfort of her own bed.
