When we knew that it was time to say goodbye to Katy, our dog of 14 years, we found comfort in knowing that we could do this in our home. Dr. Forslund was so reassuring and comforting through the process and it was obvious that she cares about animals and this is not just a "job" for her, but a calling.
From the very beginning, our sweet Katy was such a loving, patient and beautiful dog. I still remember the day we took her home from the rescue organization 14 years ago. Katy was part of our family, our first "baby"… and when our children were born, Katy protected and loved them (even when they would pull on her tail or annoy her in other ways that kids do). I never got tired of watching Katy at the end of a day, curled up in a comfortable ball, sleeping or resting peacefully on her favorite spot on the couch. We know Katy is happy in dog heaven, running free and eating anything and everything without shame! We love you so much Katy and we will never forget the wonderful moments and companionship that you brought to our family.
Love,
