Dear Dr Annie,

Clayton and I want to thank you so much for your help with Shadye.

For such a sad task it was a really good and rewarding experience for both of us.  Especially Clayton was able to get some real closure and handle his loss.
We both realized that we were hanging on because we didn't want to let go, but Shadye was so ready to let go and she is very happy now!!  That made all the difference in the world to us we have peace in knowing we gave her a good run this lifetime and she thanked us with big hugs at the end. And she loved you! I don't think we would have gotten that result by taking her to a cold Vet hospital.

I can't tell you how much I admire and respect what you do.  This is an amazing and necessary service.

Thank you, thank you from all of us - our house feels very at peace and calm today.
