My intention is to tell you just how thankful we are for you and your services. You are kind and compassionate in every way. What you provide to so many is heartfelt and is very meaningful to those whose lives you encounter. So, thank you for being there and doing
what you do for all of us.
I remember so vividly that moment. Vittoria did something so valiant, and she got up one last time, with great 
effort, and walked over towards you as you were warming the anesthesia. She was ready...and she knew you made that connection with her- you were going to help her. That's how I choose to see it.
You have been impacting others’ lives and helping our loved ones in moving on.
Earlier this week a package arrived from you with the clippings of Vittoria's hair and certificate of passing. I was very happy to get those personal things. It means more than I could express in words.
Simply and with deep emotion, I thank you for being there for Vittoria, myself, and our family.
