Dear Dr. Forslund,

I am writing you on behalf of our family to thank you for being with us during a very painful time.  Your kind presence was such a blessing to us and we know that Guido did not suffer but rather was released from this world in a calm and loving way, the same way he led his life.  The tears keep coming but we are comforted in the fact that we let him go under your care.
