Cody was the love of our life and your compassion and thoughtfulness is priceless. We already had the opportunity to refer your services to the Wilkinson family for Cooper in Mission Viejo. Our sweet boy Cody is missed everyday but knowing that he is having a grand time and it was his time to bring his sweetness to the big playground in the sky.
From the first time we saw 10 month old Cody on Petfinder we knew there was something very special about this handsome boy whose nickname would be “the Nose” because of his handsome, big boy giant black nose. We flew up to Long Beach Washington to pick him up from the shelter where he was found wandering around this rural town and Cody jumped up and hugged and kissed his forever Mommy as soon as he saw her. It took two days and one speeding ticket to get back home to Orange County while he slept and played with his toys in the truck. Cody won everyone’s hearts who met him and brought smiles to all. Even people who never cared for dogs were drawn to him and they would tell us it was so unusual for them to feel this way. Cody loved all his adventures and went everywhere with us, all the dog friendly restaurants & stores as well as dog beaches, dog parks and especially Wags n Wiggles Doggie Day care for playtime with his pals. Cody loved chicken, ice cream & chasing squirrels. The last 18 months Cody was on chemo for lymphoma we were so happy & proud that Cody did so well and every day was priceless and brought new fun and friends. His leaving us so early was very hard on not only us but all who were lucky enough to know him. Dr Meg and staff made such a hard time for all of us go very smoothly & easily with the love, compassion and caring they brought with them to make Cody comfortable and at peace. The comments on Facebook, emails, flowers, texts, phone calls and hugs from all his friends is truly heartwarming and he will live on forever in so many hearts. Peace, Love & Malamutes.
