At a time when both we and Tigger, our kitty were the most vulnerable, I could never have envisioned a more comforting experience. I feel so confident that she went with love, honor and respect- some things that are not readily available in hospitals.
What made things easier for us is having Tigger at home and not around a lot of strangers. It was so much more comforting to have her go at home sorrounded by loved ones because in the end that's the best we can hope for ourselves. We didn't have to endure a hectic, emotional drive, visit a strange place or end her time with us in a cold environment.
