There lived a dog named Romeo. He was adopted at 11 months old, it was love at first sight. He enjoyed walking every morning rain or shine. Favorite past time was to relax in the sun. Would make the funniest woo-woo sounds when wanting a treat. He was a faithful companion and devoted to his family and friends. Was very healthy all his life but slowly started showing signs of old age. About a month before his 15th birthday he had a stroke. Knew that this was the day I had been dreading for a long time and made the tearful call to Dr Forslund. When she arrived, Romeo was resting peacefully on the couch. He seemed to know why she was there and that he was ready to go. It is heartbreaking to lose my lifelong pet but it brings me a lot of comfort knowing I was with him right up to his last breath. Am truly blessed to have had him as long as I did. So proud to be his owner he taught me true love and patience. He will forever hold a very special place in my heart and will be dearly missed. Dr Forslund was so kind and did everything possible to make this difficult time much easier.
