I wanted to share the video of our beloved Sully’s euthanasia. It was peaceful and beautiful, as she passes (1:25) the light in the room changes entirely and I have no doubt she was surrounded by angels. Dr. Lis was very comforting and informative. I cannot fathom having to do something so personal in a clinical setting. I wasn’t sure if I could handle it, I had never had the honor of euthanizing a pet. I’m sure the ability to be home, surrounded by love, with a caring vet is what have me the strength to be present and comfort Sully during her last moments on earth.
