Dear Dr. Forslund:
I wanted to thank you once again for helping my family and me through one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. From the time you arrived at our house to several weeks afterward, your kindness and compassion has helped us all through this difficult time. 
Misty was the sweetest, gentlest doggie and gave us nearly 18 years of wonderful companionship. We all miss her terribly, though she will live on in our hearts forever.
Some people have a truly special gift and you, Dr. Forslund, are one of them. I am eternally grateful for the service you provide and I will, without a doubt, highly recommend your services to anyone and everyone I come in contact with. I am convinced there is no kinder way to say goodbye to our beloved pets.
