Just wanted to let you know I received the big envelope in the mail a couple days ago.  It was, as expected, very nice and thoughtful of you.  It lets me know I'm not the only one thinking about my big white doggie that I miss.  I wanted to let you know that I have, and will continue to tell people how it was done by you and that from now on I would NEVER do it any other way.  It was absolutely the best.  Finally...... a way to do what has to be done, but in a way that "special animal lovers" like me and you (and the animals) need.  I will recommend you and in home euthanasia for the rest of my life.  And I will make it a point to tell the Vet the next time Cubby goes in.  If she cares about her clients/pets as much as she should, she should have no problem telling people about this service.  Money or not.
Again, I'm glad I found you and thank you very much for everything.
