Bear

Hi Dr. Annie,

Losing our Bear was a heartbreak. Although, not all the neighbors would agree, we lost the best dog in the world. It is most peculiar how Rotties bond with their family. Never had a dog connect on the level that Bear did.

Bear lived a happy life from the day she was born. We should all be so lucky.

What Dr. Annie did for us was amazing. It was a very hard day for me but no one but you could have made it more comfortable. I hope that at this point Pancho has found the ocean. I tell my son every time we paddle board that Pancho is with us out in the ocean.

I miss you so much Beau. It seemed like you would live forever. It’s not the same without you around – your smiling face and wagging tail every time we walked through the door. I’ll always remember how you loved to go on car rides and how you’d hang your head out the window and watch other drivers at red lights. You are a wonderful example of giving the hopeless a chance at rescue. You will always be in my heart.

I just want to say that Dr. Forslund was wonderful when my husband and I made the heartbreaking decision to say good bye to our little Butch.We loved our little Butch so much and feel we gave him a peaceful loving end to his precious little life. Dr. Forslund came to our front door and immediately saw that we were in need of a hug!! Without hesitation, she scooped us right into her loving arms. From that moment on, we felt held by her. She told us about every step that would follow and that is exactly how things unfolded... We are immensely grateful to Dr. Forslund for her generosity of heart and gentle ways. I still occasionally have little small breakdowns. I always feel like I see him whenever I walk through the door. I just can't believe he is gone. I expected him to always be here. Dearest Dr. Forslund,

I love that Home Pet Euthanasia is so caring. You can really sense the genuity of the staff. After 2 days, they even called to see how we were holding up. After a week, we received Princess' death certificate which I thought was really cute! Princess came home after 2 weeks and is now safe and sound in our backyard. Thank you, Dr. Forslund for having such a caring and wonderful staff! I couldn't thank you enough and I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of this service. Princess and I come to have such a spiritual bond that she understood me when I spoke to her. I'm sure I'm not the only one to feel this way! But on the night of 9/5, we looked at each other, almost as if we reasurred each other that it was time to part ways and that it was okay...
