When our dog Lucky had been suffering with cancer for several months, we knew a decision had to be made on when it was more about Lucky than us. I called our vet and explained how Lucky was acting and he recommended you to me. You truly were compassionate and sincere during the entire time spent with Lucky and with all of us. We have never seen a more caring veterinarian in all our years with animals; and we have a few.

Thank you for taking care of Lucky like you did, because we knew he was hurting and now he's with his brother Shadow running in the wide open fields. Finally, thank you for your gentleness to our Lucky Chance; a better dog & friend you will not find.

I wanted to take time to thank you and your staff for your kindness and thoughtful compassion during this very difficult time in my life. It has been a very hard transition to learn to live life alone. I feel as if Gizmo is still here at my side at times. She was the best dog ever and won't be easily replaced.
Your staff was excellent through and through. Thank you for being so gentle and caring. It must be at times a difficult job that you have—a lot of emotions, distraught owners and grief. But you will always be the angel that delivered my dog to that rainbow bridge. Please thank Ron and Kendra. God bless you all.

Dear Dr. Forslund,

We took care of Cici for 14.5 years. She was given to us when she was one year old. Our lives almost revolved around her. She was our baby!!! We gave her the best care and love that parents could give their children. It was a tough decision to call someone to put our beloved pet to rest; however, it was the best thing to do, not to prolong her sufferings.

When you arrived at our house, I saw a very caring and loving person who could help our beloved Cici leave peacefully and painlessly. Cici was put to rest in a loving and peaceful environment, surrounded by people who loved her, and in our own arms, with great respect and dignity. Your prayers and kind words helped us ease our experience of losing a most loved family member. Thank you so much.

Lucky was the most loving and loyal pet and had a huge personality that we enjoyed for 15 years. Our home is truly very empty without him.  Our Lucky was a very special part of our family. It was only fitting that he was provided the opportunity to go to sleep in a relaxed, loving, and peaceful environment surrounded by those who loved him the most. Not a day goes by that we don’t recall the euthanasia experience provided to our Lucky by you. It truly had a profound effect on our outlook about home pet euthanasia. Your service was so compassion-filled that it is hard to put into words.

Thank you everyone for your condolences on the passing of my Sweet Bob, age 21. She was a sweet and friendly girl kitty born in Okinawa. She lived with her pals Sami and Zeb in Okinawa City; Bradenton, FL and San Juan Capistrano, CA.

I called Home Pet Euthanasia Veterinarian to come to my house. Dr. Meg was very calm and caring with my pet. Bob was sedated and then put to sleep painlessly on the chaise lounge she loved in the garden, with birds singing in the trees. She will be cremated and her ashes sprinkled in the ocean.

Dear Doctor Forslund,
 
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help at the difficult time of Augie's passing. My mother’s dog was euthanized at home. . . and it cannot be compared to the tenderness, understanding and consideration that you showed us. You are a good and genuine person. We will surely recommend you to our friends and family.

I miss our Augie very much; he was an only cat for fourteen years and quite a character.  I am so grateful for the gift he gave freely every day: himself.

Mikey was an incredibly special gift to me and my husband. He moved into our lives and hearts. He was Art's first cat, and they bonded fast and deep. Mikey was with us for 19 years, and when kidney deterioration and old age finally took their toll, the last thing we wanted was for his time with us to end in a vet's office. Friends of ours had called Dr. Forslund and we will be forever grateful to them that we did. When Dr. Forslund arrived, we immediately knew we were in the presence of someone who truly cared about easing the experience of losing a precious family member. Words can't express the peace and serenity she brought to one of the most difficult moments in our lives.

Thank you, Dr. Annie, for what you do. Our memories of Mikey will always include the way he was able to pass in peace, in our home, in our arms, in your care.

Dear Dr. Forslund,
We wish to thank you and Dr. Meg for your kindness. We were touched that Meg took the time to call us a few days after letting our Sarah go, just to check in.  We only knew Sarah for seven years, having adopted her in middle age, but in that time she became such an integral part of our hearts and family. We couldn't have asked for a more appreciative and loving companion.    I know it won't be long before we find another “lost soul” to adopt into our home and lives, but Sarah is going to hold a special place in my heart.  She ran with joy, and we hope she is running again somewhere.
Again, thank you for everything. We both appreciate your thoughtfulness.
